Grade 8

Students in Theology 8 become familiar with essential stories from the Bible, explore themes related to those stories, and examine the relevance of the stories to historical and contemporary events. Teachers encourage students to reflect in both inward and outward directions as they come to a fuller understanding of who they are today and who they hope to become.  They are also encouraged to consider their responsibilities to others and the world around them. The course emphasizes critical reading, interpretation, discussion, and writing.
