Join Us Virtually

While we're not able to offer in-person tours or class visits at this time, we look forward to getting to know you and your family virtually! We invite you to take part in a variety of virtual opportunities that will help you learn more about all things St. Stephen’s. Information and registration links are below. All events should last about an hour.

Virtual Campus Visit Days

Virtual Campus Visit Days are available to students applying this year for the 2021-2022 academic year. Following an introduction, students will attend two mini mock class sessions and three co-curricular interest sessions. Parents are welcome to observe. Links to all sessions will be sent to parents' email accounts a few days before the event. Registration is limited.

  • Thursday, Oct. 29 at 6:00 p.m. - for those applying to grades 6 and 9 only (Closed for all grades)
  • Thursday, Nov. 12 at 6:00 p.m. - for those applying to grades 6 and 9 only (Closed for all grades)
  • Sunday, Dec. 6 at 1:30 p.m. - for those applying to grades 6-11
  • Sunday, Jan. 10 at 1:30 p.m. - for those applying to grades 6-11

  • PRC/Hong Kong/Taiwan Virtual Campus Visit Opportunities

    St. Stephen’s has a long history of welcoming students from Asia and other countries. We ask students applying for admission from PRC/Hong Kong/Taiwan to attend one of the sessions designed specifically for you.

  • Prospective Parent Coffee and Conversation

    This virtual event is for parents only and will feature administrators, division heads, program representatives, current parents, and admission officers. Covering everything from strategic plans, coming out of Covid, academic philosophy and support, activity outside the classroom, and much more. A Q&A session will follow brief introductory remarks.

  • Student Panels

    Led by current students, this is an opportunity for prospective students to ask questions about what it is really like to be a St. Stephen’s student. Meeting on Zoom and moderated by an admission officer, this event is for students only.

  • Chat with the Associate Head of Enrollment Management

    Join Lawrence Sampleton, Associate Head of School for Enrollment Management and Financial Aid, and a group of families for an informal chat about applying to St. Stephen’s Episcopal School for the 2021-22 academic year. In addition to an introduction to our community, there will be a review of our admission process and financial aid opportunities. This will also be a great way to learn about how to connect with the school through our other virtual Admission events. The chat will conclude with a brief Q&A session.

Financial Aid Workshop

Please join us on Dec. 1 at 7:00 p.m. for an information session on navigating the financial assistance process.

Topics covered in the Zoom meeting will include completing the Parent Financial Statement, submitting tax forms, and the process for making financial aid awards. There will also be a time for questions before the 45 minute workshop concludes. This event is hosted by Lawrence Sampleton, Associate Head of School for Enrollment Management and Financial Aid and Sara Solomon, Assistant Director of Admission and Financial Aid. Zoom links will be sent a few days before the event.
