1:10 p.m. Students are required to sit at assigned tables. Attendance is required and is taken by faculty members assigned to each table. If a student has a meeting in a side conference room of the Dining Hall, it is their responsibility to let their faculty table proctor know this ahead of time so they will not be counted absent.
DINNER:
Dinner hours are from
6:00 to 7:00 p.m. every night except for family style dinner on Monday evening.
Every day except for Monday evening, boarders must report to the dining hall by
6:45 p.m. On Monday evenings, the dining hall will open at 5:45 p.m. and boarders need to be in the dining hall by 6:15 p.m. Boarders will be considered tardy or absent after 6:15 p.m. on Monday and 6:45 every other evening. The times that are posted for all meals are the times that the dining hall will be open to the St. Stephen’s community. At all other times, the Dining Hall will be closed until the next meal period. No student will be allowed in the Dining Hall without adult supervision, with the exception of the PB&J snack table.The Dining Hall charges Day Students who take part in the Evening Meal. The price for the all-you-can-eat evening meal is $12.50. Payment is accepted at the dining hall register. You may charge your student account when producing a student id or cash payment is also accepted. We no longer sell pre-paid meal cards out of the St. Stephen's Bookstore.
The Evening Meal includes a hot dinner buffet offering the choice of 3 entrees (one is a vegetarian entree option), 3 vegetables, 2 starches, bean pot along with a build your own deli sandwich bar (various sliced deli meats with an assortment of breads), fruit, full salad bar, baked potatoes, all beverages and dessert.
