Upper ninety visits the Soccer Academy

We had the perfect start to our open house weekend with the visit of Soccer Academy alum Kaitlin Swarts.  Kaitlin is the CEO of Upper Ninety, an organization that utilizes soccer to teach life lessons to kids from lower socio economic groups in the Greater Austin area.  

Upper Ninety brought 40 players made up from both upper and middles schools and played with and against both our middle school and academy teams. After the games the Upper ninety coaches set up “team circles”, which is an activity they use in their daily training.  We wrapped the evening up with a pizza party and all participants went home happy.

We look forward to growing our relationship with Upper Ninety.
