Student Government Hosts Virtual Coffee House
Student Government hosted its first live virtual coffee house on Friday, April 3, using the SSTXLIFE Instagram account. About 50 students, faculty and staff joined the livestream event.
Hosted by 11th grader Betsey Goodrum, the online event proved to be an exciting interactive experience. Participants enjoyed performances by 12th grader Cole McQuinn (piano), 11th grader Vincent Moroz (guitar), and 12th graders Dean Dowling, Richard Shao and Allen Cao (NBA2k). They also posted great live feedback and had the chance to see other students’ Instagram pages. Student Government will host another virtual coffee house this Friday, April 10, at 8 p.m. Check it out at SSTXLIFE.
