In addition to assisting the Admission Office, I am one of the school chaplains and teach 8th grade Theology. As a chaplain, I have the opportunity to support the spiritual life of our school through chapel programming, sponsoring a student group called Spartans in Christ, and meeting with students and faculty to hear what is on their hearts. 

 

St. Stephen's truly is a caring community. We strive to develop the whole person in body, mind and spirit. That allows for close connections and deep friendships. 

 

As a chaplain, of course I would say chapel. And I mean it. The opportunity to gather daily as a school community to grow in love for God and each other is truly meaningful.

 

My husband and I have 5 children (2 by adoption and 3 by birth), so our lives are quite full. We love being outside as a family -- playing in the backyard, exploring trails, and swimming all over central Texas.
