Surveillance Testing

** Mandatory surveillance testing twice weekly for our unvaccinated community. 

**Optional for anyone.

**May be required in special circumstances (i.e. trips, exposure, symptoms, quarantines)

**There should not be an associated cost, as insurance should cover expenses (On Monday, July 19, 2021, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra renewed the public health emergency (PHE) for another 90 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic for the 5th time).
