Where: Dining Hall, Spivey Schenk conference room

Nutrition is a big buzzword and all the latest craze! Paleo? Keto? Vegan? There’s so much information out there. How do we make sense of it all? This session will discuss some current nutrition fads, what you need to know to love the food you eat, and when what you are doing becomes unhealthy. This session will also discuss how you know when things have gone too far, how diets can lead to excessive restricting, and the slippery slope to eating disorders. The presentation is provided by Eating Recovery Center, a local eating disorder treatment center.
