Venture Orientation Program
We are excited to welcome all new international students to campus August 19-22 for Venture 2026! The orientation program offers personalized attention to help new Spartans from across the world adjust to all aspects of boarding student life. Students participate in activities focused on both academic and extracurricular skills while also meeting teachers and administrators and becoming familiar with the campus and city of Austin.
All new international students are required to attend and will be staying in the dorms throughout the Venture program. Families, please RSVP for Venture using the button below.
If you are unable to RSVP using the Google form, please email Liza Ayres, assistant director of international programs, at layres@sstx.org with the names and relationship to the student of everyone attending the events on August 19.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Programming for students begins on Wednesday, August 19 at 10:30 a.m., and students will move into their dormitories that afternoon. New international students will stay in the dorms throughout the Venture program.
Parents and other family members are invited to attend the following programming on August 19 only:

Great time to take care of bank trips, get Business Office questions answered and check in with the Health Center

If desired, parents can pick up their student on Friday, August 21 at 5 p.m., following proper check-out procedures. Students must return to campus for required Orientation events at 9 a.m. on Sunday, August 23. There will be Venture programming all day on August 22 for students who stay with the Venture group.
