Parents' Days

Please join us for Middle School Parents’ Day on Thursday, October 19, “F” Day, and Upper School Parents’ Day on Friday, October 20, “G” Day. In order to accommodate parents with children in both divisions, we offer separate parents’ days. On the day when parents are visiting classes in one division, students in the other division will have a regular class schedule. For precise schedule information, please download schedules below.
This gathering is a wonderful St. Stephen’s tradition each fall. As always, the highlight of the day is classroom visits. By attending class with your child, you have the opportunity to experience the very best of St. Stephen’s. In addition to these visits, you also will have the chance to meet with your child’s advisor, as well as review teacher comments and discuss your child’s academic performance thus far.

Note that you will be contacted individually by your child’s advisor to arrange this meeting. Classes will end at 1:40 p.m. on Thursday so that Middle School and Upper School advisors can begin their conferences that afternoon and then finish them on Friday. We know you will enjoy visiting classes, learning about our numerous program offerings, and meeting with your child's advisor.

  • Campus Parking

    Parking is on a first come, first served basis. Please plan to arrive early, we anticipate full parking lots. Carpooling is recommended, if possible. We will be running golf carts from the parking lots to help transport parents to The Hill.

  • Accessible Parking

    We have a very limited number of accessible parking spaces. If applicable, please email the Director of Security, Donna Cowling in advance at dcowling@sstx.org.

    Parking in fire lanes and residential parking areas is prohibited. Cars will be subject to towing.
