EPIC Teammates of the Week: Hannah Krauss and Jack Talarico, 8th Grade

Eighth graders Hannah Krauss and Jack Talarico are this week's EPIC Teammates of the Week!

 

Krauss is the catcher for the Middle School Softball team under first-year coaches Ced Allen and Rebecca Bendheim. The team is 4-1 for the season. Krauss stays incredibly positive and focused during the game, playing a pivotal role as catcher. 

 

“Hannah is a hard worker, dedicated team member and an EPIC cheerleader for her teammates!” her coaches recently said.

 

Jack Talarico is the do-it-all guy on the Middle School Red Baseball team. He is willing to do what his team needs in order for them to be successful. Talarico played second base in one game and offered to play outfield for an opponent in another when they did not have enough players. He went on to be his team’s “closer” in another game, sealing a huge win against Regents a few weeks ago. 

 

“Jack is an all-around great utility player,” his coaches said. “Anything we need him to do, he will do it to make our program better!"
