2020 Christmas Dinner
The residential community gathered together in the Dining Hall on Sunday, December 13, to celebrate Christmas and view Lessons and Carols live streamed.
The dining hall prepared a delicious meal that included a choice of Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Smoked Bacon Jam, Basil Parmesan Polenta, Roasted Crispy Kale and a Toasted Orange Slice, or Surf & Turf Petite Grilled Steakhouse Filet Mignon and Garlic Herb Shrimp with Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes, Braised Brussel Sprouts, and Natural.
Following Lessons and Carols, students were treated to Gigi cupcakes sponsored by the Parents' Association.
