Highlights of the International Festival: Global Vision 2020
It only comes around every two years, so this recent campus event was particularly momentous! Students, faculty, staff and parents swarmed St. Stephen's Middle School Gym on Friday, Feb. 21, for the school's International Festival.
GLOBAL VISION 2020 kicked off right after classes, so the gym was packed with Spartans celebrating our school's diverse, global culture. Festival goers snacked on a wide array of tasty treats from around the world while enjoying musical, dance and vocal performances by school members.
The biennial event is organized by a committee of students with help from the International Office and is sponsored by the Parents' Association. Student members of the International Festival committee included Griffin Ball, Whitney Ball, Clea Bell, Devon Bell, Andrew Bohnsack, Allen Cao, Lauren Gill, Betsy Goodrum, Fernanda Hurtado, Lizzy Jones, Nayeon Kang, Peter Lee, Jack Li, Jolie Pham, Quari Robinson, Chelsea Saucedo and Jack Turner. Adult members were Ling Allen, Dana Ball, Kathy Coe, Robyn Gill and Sarah Todd. Special thanks to Tony Shan for his great photos!
