Beth is the principal of the Ozmun Consulting Group, PLLC. An experienced leader and manager of high-performance legal teams, she previously served as Corporate Secretary and Corporate Vice President of the Law Department of Litigation and Employment Law at Advanced Micro Devices Inc., where she strategically managed global litigation and the litigation and employment teams, as well as supporting the AMD Board of Directors. She has held other various in-house counsel positions with AMD, including Corporate Vice President of Litigation and Employment Law. Prior to joining AMD in 1994, Beth worked in the Austin office of Fulbright & Jaworski, where she practiced employment law and commercial litigation. Beth is a 1987 cum laude graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of Barristers and the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A. summa cum laude at Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss. She is a life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. She is actively involved with the Scott Ozmun Fellowship established by Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas. Beth is a former member of the St. Stephen’s Parents' Association and served as secretary for two years. She is married to David Herron and is mom to Delaney ‘09 and to Kendall (Idyllwild Arts Academy ’13).
