Whether you live in the Austin area or thousands of miles away, we invite you to visit our gorgeous campus in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.
We offer a variety of opportunities and scheduled events throughout the year for interested students and families to check out the campus both in-person and virtually. Experience St. Stephen's boarding and day school, explore our academic and extracurricular programs, and learn more about the admission process. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Campus Visit Days
Campus Visit Days are offered to students during the year of their application to St. Stephen's. Please only register for one Campus Visit Day. The prospective student and up to two parents may attend. Students will attend two classes, have lunch with current students and tour campus. Parents will meet with administrators and take a campus tour. Campus visits are not required to complete an application. Registration is limited and days will close at capacity. Boarding students are welcome to register for the Campus Visit Days or make a campus visit appointment by calling the Office of Admission.
Middle School Visit Days
Middle School Campus Visit Days begin at 8:45 a.m. and conclude at 11:45 p.m.
To join a waitlist for a closed day please email your preference(s) to admission@sstx.org. Include the student's name and current school.
Upper School Visit Days
Upper School Campus Visit Days begin at 10:30 a.m. and conclude at 2:15 p.m.

Boarding Student Visits
Boarding applicants for the 2025-26 school year may schedule a campus visit appointment by sending an email to admission@sstx.org. Most campus visits are scheduled on Mondays and Fridays, with a few taking place on Saturdays. Each visit is customized and may include class visits, lunch on campus, a campus tour, an interview and meetings with program directors or coaches. Boarding applicants may instead choose to attend one of the Campus Visit Days scheduled November - January.

Virtual Chats
Join Lawrence Sampleton, Associate Head of School for Enrollment Management and Financial Aid, or Allison Center, Senior Associate Director of Admission, for an informal chat about applying to St. Stephen’s Episcopal School for the 2025-26 academic year.
In addition to an introduction to our community, there will be a review of our admission process. This will also be a great way to learn about other Admission events. The chat will conclude with a brief Q&A session. Please note: this event does not take the place of the admission interview.

Virtual Affordability Workshop
Join Lawrence Sampleton, Associate Head of School for Enrollment Management and Financial Aid, for a Virtual Affordability Workshop on Wednesday, January 13, 2026, at 7 p.m.
Topics will include completing the Clarity financial aid application, payment plans, merit boarding scholarships and general questions about tuition and financial assistance. This session is for parents only.

PRC, Hong Kong, and Taiwan In-Person Campus Visit Days
These days are scheduled for families from PRC, Hong Kong and Taiwan only.

St. Stephen's has a long history of welcoming students from Asia and other countries. Campus visits are optional. We ask students applying for admission from PRC, Hong Kong and Taiwan to attend one of the sessions designed specifically for you.
Your campus visit will include a Question & Answer session, a campus and dorm tour, lunch with current international students, and student and parent interviews. This visit allows you to learn more about St. Stephen's academic, residential and extra-curricular opportunities. There are a limited number of spaces available each day and reservations are required. Applicants from PRC, Hong Kong and Taiwan may ONLY visit campus on the dates listed above.
