9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. most school days and on Day Class Visit dates

Tour of academic and residential facilities, parent and student interviews, student attends two classes. Students who are not able to make a visit to campus may schedule a telephone interview.

To schedule an appointment, call 512-327-1213 ext. 210 or email admission@sstx.org, and leave a message with times that will work for your family. Genevieve Haggard will return calls and emails confirming your visit day and time.

Parents of boarding candidates will spend most of the morning at the school. Parents may then leave for lunch and return to pick up the student at the designated time.

All appointments begin and end in the Admission Office, located between the Clayton and Middle School gyms.

The best time to visit is during a regular school day. You can attend a few classes, have a complete tour of campus, check out the dorms, and if you're here during lunch - taste the Dining Hall food! It's also a good time to meet with an Admission Officer for your personal interview and talk with some current students and faculty members.

As long as the Admission Office is open, you can come on days when school is not in session. We'll give you a great tour and spend time talking about St. Stephen's, you just won't get to experience the energy and excitement our students bring.
