Oliver is the Executive Curator for Public Programs at the Harry Ransom Humanities Research Center on the University of Texas campus in Austin. The Center is currently presenting two exhibitions: The Image Wrought: Historical Photographic Approaches in the Digital Age and Technologies of Writing.
